Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult/guardian whilst at Giggles. Parent/guardians must remain within Giggles at all times.
We expect you to explain the rules of play to your children and supervise their behavior, know where your child is and ensure that your child knows where you are at all times.
Giggles does not accept responsibility for the supervision of the children.
To ensure that everyone is safe and enjoys their time at Giggles, height and age restrictions have been applied to the different play zones. These restrictions must be adhered to. A height restriction of 4' 9" is in force for the safety of all children anyone over this height entering Giggles is included in the adult numbers upon signing in.
Only food and drink that has been purchased at Giggles may be consumed on the premises. Food and drink for babies is at the discretion of staff.
No food or drinks including sweets, chewing gums etc are allowed in the play area at any times as this can be a choking hazard for young children and can have serious consequences for children with food allergies.
Jewellery, belts, watches and any other sharp or fragile objects should not be worn whilst playing on the play equipment. We advise spectacles should only be worn if worn with a retainer and shatterproof lenses.
Socks must be worn at all times this includes adults who enter the play area to supervise their child.
Strictly no climbing up the slides, netted walls on the system play structure or the top of the goal posts. The large balls in the ball run should not be removed.
Children who are unwell should not enter the play area and will be asked to leave.
Balls or other objects should not be thrown at each other, biff bashers should not be kicked or sat and swung on. If a child continues to throw balls or any other items at another child and/or behave in an aggressive way they will be asked to leave the play area.
Nappy changing and the use of potties etc should be conducted in the baby changing rooms only. and never in the cafe area.
Any adults who need to access the play area must firstly remove their shoes before entering and wear socks. Adults are not permitted to play on the bouncy castle, main frame or sports area.
Parents/guardians must note that whilst every effort has been made to ensure the safety of the children using the play equipment, Giggles cannot be held responsible for accidents that occur as a result of children or playing on the play equipment.
We would ask that you report any accident no matter how minor to a member of staff straight away. All accidents are logged in the Accident Book and are monitored by ourselves and Citation (Health and Safety Company).
In order to protect the privacy and security of children playing at Giggles photographs may only be taken with the permission of accompanying party guests. Giggles accepts no responsibility for photographs taken without prior permission.
Personal items must be left with parents/guardians. Giggles does not accept any liability for theft.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building including E cigarettes.
Verbal including social media, or physical violence towards any team member or visitor to Giggles will not be tolerated. Anyone found doing so will be prosecuted.
We reserve the right to refuse entry and ask anyone to leave Giggles Play Mill without refund should these rules not be followed.
